• Repository services implement the enterprise content management capabilities of the product, including capture, document imaging, document management, content storage management, records management, import and WebDAV support.

• Content services implement services that are common to all the underlying repositories integrated by Alero, including federated searches, integrated views, and notification.

• Process services implement the business process management capabilities of the product, including the BPM engine and web-based applications for designing, simulating, monitoring, tracing, and viewing processes.

• Integration services implement the enterprise content integration and enterprise information integration capabilities of the product, including adapters for databases, file systems, business applications, and standards-based.

• Security services implement the security capabilities of the product, including proprietary and LDAP-based security and electronic signature management.

• Event services implement the event management capabilities of the product, including Audit and Trail.
