Bob Rowlett
Robert D. Rowlett is an attorney generally focusing his
practice to counseling on general business matters with
a particular focus in intellectual property law,
including patents, trademarks, trade secrets and related
matters. Prior to re entering into private
practice in 2003, he was as General Counsel for Wink
Communications, Inc., a publicly traded technology
venture in the software and interactive television
business. Prior to Wink, he gained “large” law
firm experience with the respected law firms of Howard
Rice, Nemorovski, et al. and Christie, Parker & Hale
where he also specialized in intellectual property
matters. Mr. Rowlett received his J.D. from the
University of San Diego, School of Law in 1994, is a
registered Patent Attorney with the U.S. Patent and
Trademark Office and a registered Professional Engineer
with California, and holds a college level Instructor’s
Credential in engineering and a masters degree in
engineering from the University of California.
Rebecca Lawson
Rebecca Lawson’s marketing career spans over 20 years. She brings extensive experience in corporate and
marketing communications, product marketing, vertical
market development, product launch and strategic
positioning for enterprise and internet technology
companies. She currently works for
Hewlett Packard as Director of Product Marketing
for Peregrine products. She also
founded and owns her own marketing consulting firm, Stratis Technology Marketing. Prior to Peregrine,
she worked for Keylime Software as V.P. of Marketing. Mrs. Lawson’s experience also includes multiple
marketing and sales positions with companies like: TriTeal Corporation, Pages Software, Bluebird Systems,
and EDS. She holds a Bachelor of Science in natural
sciences with teaching credentials from the Michigan
State University.
Maurice CorreaMaurice Correa co-founded Alero Technology and currently directs
product strategy and operations of the company. He
brings over 20 years of experience in the software
development life cycle, especially in the areas of
document imaging, document management, business process
management, and integration. Previously, he co-founded WindFire Technology, where he served as
president and
manager of global business alliances. With Bluebird
Systems, he served as V.P. of research and development,
product management, and also provided project management
for several EDMS projects, including product deployment
with international channel partners and customers. At
Computer Associates, he held several project management
and technical development positions. He holds a B.S.
degree in Computer Science from Loyola University and a
Business Administration degree from Pontificia
Bolivariana University.
